Great apartment overall, spacious and comfortable. For transportation, Bus #96 stops outside the front door. The property manager Phillipe was very helpful. He met us at the apartment at 10:00 am in the morning and let us in. Prior to and during arrival, he provided a lot of information concerning restaurants, transportation around the city and things to do. I could not be more pleased with our stay.

Philippe’s apartment is great. The location is excellent. It is full of light, and the views are marvelous. We found it to be very comfortable and to have everything we needed. Philippe is a great guy, and communication with him was outstanding. He even went so far as to let us know about an impending train strike that could affect our trip from the airport to the apartment. We cooked most meals at the apartment, and it has everything you need to do so, but there are probably 50 small cafes and bistros within several blocks, ranging from $ to $$ so if you don’t want to cook, it’s the perfect spot. Thank you Philippe for everything!

Beautiful property in a 400+ year old walkup. Right in the heart of everything, minutes away from anything you could want. Philippe was an absolute pleasure to work with, and extremely accommodating. Property had everything we needed for our stay, including coffee, sheets, towels, paper products, and even washing machine soap. Can’t say enough good things.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Rue de Turenne. The apartment was clean and well equipped, the agent Philippe was attentive and helpful, the location was good and it wasn’t even that expensive. We would certainly recommend this to anyone else wanting to stay in Paris.

Un accueil chaleureux, un appartement très bien équipé, très clair et très bien chauffé. Très agréable pour 2 personnes. Un petit peu de bruit mais très facilement supportable. L’emplacement, l’espace, la clarté font de cet appartement un lieu à recommander Nous reviendrons c’est certain!

It is a superb neighborhood, bright apartment. It is modestly but adequately furnished, very clean, and has a comfortable large bed. The Haut Marais is an upmarket area with many cafes, access to great shopping on Francs Bourgeois, Picasso and Carnavalet Museums within 5 min, Place des Vosges nearby, old churches, and convenient public transport. The manager was attentive, responsive, and welcoming.. Liked it a lot. Great Paris neighborhood.

Great location, on bus line, close access to metro rail. Owner was very accommodating – even helped us with our luggage. Three flights stairs was not a problem for 76 and 65 year old women! Apartment was perfect.
